| Photop Suwtech,
Inc., a DPSS laser manufacturer, started business in 1997 in Shanghai,
China, under the name "Shanghai Uniwave Technology". In
2003, Photop Suwtech joined the PHOTOP Group, a leading manufacturer
of crystal material, optics, lasers, and other photonics products.
Over its 10 year history, Photop Suwtech grew quickly from a small
laser lab to one of the leading DPSS laser manufacturers in the
Photonics market.
Over 200 employees are working in Photop Suwtech's two locations
in China. Photop's Shanghai, China, location houses Administration,
R&D, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Service. In early 2006,
Photop's Fuzhou, China, production campus went into operation.
Photop Suwtech DPSS laser family includes Green (532 nm), Blue (473
nm), and IR (1064 nm) laser platforms. Photop laser products are
used in Biomedical, Surveying, Aiming/Alignment, and Measurement
Instrumentation applications world-wide. Photop Suwtech has also
invested years of development to commercialize DPSS laser technology
for consumer applications, such as laser projection display and
digital imaging. We believe our technology and products will "bring
more color to life".
Teaming with Photop's other companies has resulted in a broad opto-mechanical
technology platform, enabling us not only as a component vendor,
but a "One Stop" source for laser-based solutions and
