Photop Announces Optical DQPSK Demodulator

	Photop Technologies, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative components and modules for 40/100G and ROADM application, announces its high performance DQPSK demodulator, the newest addition to its 40G components families. The product is sampling into customer premises now. This optical DQPSK demodulator is based on Photop's patented Free Space Micro Optics Block (FSMOB) technology, by which it can achieve low cost, compact size, high performance and reliability. Photop will demonstrate its Optical DQPSK Demodulator at the FTTH Conference & EXPO
	(Booth #1432), Gaylord Opryland® Resort & Convention Center, Nashville, TN, 21 - 25 Sept., 2008 and the ECOC (Booth #601), Expo Centre, Brussels, Belgium, 22 - 24 Sept., 2008. Photop has also leveraged the FSMOB technology into other high end product including high integrated EDFA gain block, tunable interleaver, multi-function dispersion management modules etc., all of which have exhibited high performance and compact size.
