Photop Technologies, Inc., a key component supplier and leading manufacturer of Fiber Optics Communications, Projection & Display, and Photonics products, recently announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Optimal Coatech Corp, Ltd.(OPDM).

OPDM is a professional coating company in China that has the full capability from design, prototyping, volume production, to product inspection and testing, with product lines covers Telecom WDM filters, FTTx Filters, and IR-Cut filters.
