Photop Technologies,
Inc., a leading photonics design and manufacturer for laser, fiber
optics, crystal materials, and optics & projection optics, is
pleased to announce its new, high performance Pigtailed RGB Lasers:
Red, Green and Blue -- single mode or multimode fiber output for three
fundamental colors.
Based on Photop's proprietary technology, the Pigtailed
RGB Laser has coupling efficiency up to 80% for single mode fiber
and 90% for multi-mode fiber from Photop's blue and green lasers.
It features with fiber end collimator or connector with high output
power and excellent reliability. It is an ideal component for many
industry and commercial applications, including laser display, bio-photonics,
instrumentation, laser scan, fault locator, etc.
"The new Pigtailed RGB Lasers provides our customer a flexible
and high power color laser output which is critical for the compact
laser display and instrumentation system", stated Wei Li, CTO

Photop will demonstrate its Pigtailed RGB Laser and other new products
at ECOC 2004 (booth #262) in Stockholm, Sweden from September 6
to 9, 2004.
