Photop Technologies, Inc., a leading photonics design and manufacturing for fiber optics, laser, crystal material and optics & projection optics, recently announced that Photop will present the latest products, technical & customer services at the ECOC 2004 (Booth 262) and CIOE 2004 (Booth 257-260 & 341-344) September 5-9.

Photop had finished the transaction of merger and four subsidiary companies were founded: Photop Koncent Inc. focus on fiber optics component, device and module integration, Photop Optics Co., Ltd focus on comprehensive optics components for optics instrument, telecom and laser industry, Photop Laser Inc focus DPSS laser and laser module, Digilight Technologies, Inc. focus on the projection and display optics.

At the stand(Booth 262) of ECOC 2004, Photop will intro its series of products intended for the CATV/ Metro Access market in which a extensive temperature range is required (-40~ 85 Degree C) and series components for fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP). These releases consist of CWDM/DWDM devices and module, Switch, Coupler, Isolator, Power Monitor, OADM¡­, Photop Koncent possesses all the technologies and the necessary skills, which enable Photop Koncent to provide customer a most cost-effect solution. Photop also launched the all-glass technology platform for its product lines. Under this platform, our isolator and other products have measured up to Telcordia GR-1221 and 1209 standards.

Photop strengthens Fiber Optics's product portfolio and technology platform. At the same time, Photop expands it to related Projection/Display Optics, following with a series of Precision Optics & OEM Optics, RGB Lasers for Biophotonics and Display, and Laser Application Development with key customers.
